  1. What do these workshops cost?

Our workshop costs are primarily dependent on four things – your workshop preference, the deployment location, the number of trainees and the training facility requirements.

In order for us to provide you with a workshop cost, please identify the following in a communication to us:

    • The title of the workshop desired.
    • Deployment preference – number of days/hours per day & days per week
    • The name and location of the sponsor organization.
    • The minimum number of trainees that will attend.
    • The training deployment location (city & state).
    • Desired deployment dates.
    • Whether/not you will provide the training facility.  If you provide the training facility – is there a laptop-capable projector and screen, & space for in-the room coffee, snack & lunch?  And, if your catering options are limited due to contractual obligations, please provide us with the per person costs for morning danish & fruit, and lunch.

We will gladly respond to your request with details that are intended to start the workshop registration process.  Actual number of workshop attendees must be provided to Space Age Projects no later than 14 calendar days prior to the first on-site session/start of the workshop.  For more information contact us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. 2. What lead-time should I expect for one of your workshops?

Although lead-time is dependent on your workshop deployment preference, normally one of our workshops can start within 30-days notice.

  3. Are there any restrictions on individual enrollment?

Some states, including FL, NY, TX, VA and WA, have clauses in their State Education Statutes that restrict how an individual can enroll in post-secondary education.  As such, individual enrollment in applicable workshops may require that you to complete pre-enrollment activities as required by state law.  These activities will be entirely managed by Space Age Projects.  When requesting workshops in any of these states, we encourage individual enrollments, but we recommend enrollment through your employer, trade organization or professional association, if possible.

  4. Can a workshop be delivered at my company’s site?

If your company/client has a group of ten or more trainees, we can schedule one of our workshops at or near your organization’s site.  On-site training provides many benefits, including:

    • Workshops are scheduled around your workload.
    • Your group is trained at the same time, in the same way, and they benefit from shared experiences.
    • You save on training costs by reducing employee travel expenses.

In order for us to determine workshop cost and lead-time for a given location, please refer to Question #1, above.

  5. What are the payment guidelines for your workshops?

Space Age Projects accepts Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).  A training contract is expected to be approved prior to EFT which must occur before the first on-site session/start of the workshop.  Purchase Orders that guarantee payment for performance are also accepted.  For more information contact us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. 6. What about workshop substitutions and cancellations?

Attendee substitutions are permitted at any time prior to the start of a workshop.

Workshop cancellation notices received by Space Age Projects up to fourteen (14) calendar days before the first on-site session/start of the workshop are fully refundable, at the request of the cancelling organization.  After that, workshop costs have already been committed and will not be refunded.  Please note that if Space Age Projects does not receive a timely cancellation notice and you do not attend the workshop, there is no refund.

  7. Is my satisfaction guaranteed?

All of Space Age Project’s workshops consistently receive high ratings for being punctual, well presented, and technically thought provoking.  As evidence of our confidence, we offer a money-back guarantee on every workshop that we deploy.  If you attended and actively participated in our entire workshop, and were not satisfied that we have met the stated objectives of the workshop, please contact us at the address below and provide us with specifics on how we failed to meet these standards.

  12. Can I purchase a training manual without attending your workshop?

Training manuals and electronic training media are only available as a part of the workshop and cannot be purchased separately.

While we make every effort to ensure that all of our workshops comply with the requirements of reporting contact hours and PDUs, we cannot guarantee that changes in the accepting institution’s reporting system will not preclude an attendee’s ability to successfully report them.
